AMENO GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this giveaway you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated, then you should not take part. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the current terms and conditions before entering.

Eligibility

1. This giveaway is open to only European Union residents aged 14 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. FRKNTN reserves the right (as its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met – if the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.
2. This giveaway will run from 0:01 Central European Time (CET) on Thursday, Dec. 8, to 23:59 Central European Time (CET) on Thursday, Dec. 15, 2022, inclusive (“Entry Period”). Any entries after that time will not be valid, counted, accepted or considered. 
3. Each entrant can enter a maximum of 1 time during the Entry Period. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details including but not limited to creating multiple email addresses will be disqualified from this promotion. The same applies to false proofs of purchase.

Entry Requirements

To enter the giveaway, entrants must sent the real confirmation of purchase to mail@frkntn.com (screenshot image or PDF file) of “Ameno (Extended Mix)” by I.GOT.U & RAVE-N on Beatport (https://www.beatport.com/track/ameno/17114142) [any other versions of the track and stores/streaming services will not take part in giveaway]. The entries can be made during during the Entry Period.

Prize

• 5 x Ameno
  Adidas Shirt – size Medium*
• 5 x Ameno Adidas Shirt – size Large*

*The participant may include a size of shirt that suits him better in the message.

Winner Notification/Selection

10 winners will be selected in the giveaway. Each winner is entitled to one prize. Winner and the prize size will be selected at random by the Promoter from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted after December 15 2022, by a representative of Promoter, whose decision is final. Winner shall be notified shortly thereafter by email. Prize awarded within three (7) days after winner confirmation. If a notification is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Terms, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the Prize will be awarded in the name of winner’s parent or legal guardian. The prize may not be exchanged. FRKNTN shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize.

Please note:

• The Promoter of this challenge is FRKNTN.
• FRKNTN accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
• Insofar is permitted by law, FRKNTN, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of taking up any Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of FRKNTN, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of prizes.
• The giveaway will be governed by Polish law and entrants to the challenge submit to the jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
